Pisa is very easy to reach, you have several options!
 
By plane
The closest airport is Galileo Galilei Airport in Pisa, which offers routes to the major Italian, European and international airports. It is approximately 20/25 minutes away from the meeting center by public transport.
Another option is Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence, which offer routes throughout Italy and Europe. You can use trains from Florence to reach Pisa Railway station.

By train
Pisa is well connected to the major Italian cities by railway lines.
There are two railway stations (Centrale and S. Rossore). The first one is usually preferrable due to more frequent departures and arrivals.

• Trenitalia (high-speed service with Frecce, Intercity service, Eurocity and regional trains)

• Italo (high-speed service only) – note that it does not arrive in Pisa, but could be used to reach Florence, for example)

By car
Pisa is easy to be reached by car via highways that connect Tuscany with the rest of Italy and Europe. Once in Pisa pay attention to parking rules. Parking places near the meeting center are usually available but upon payment, while free parking is possible with a short walk. 
 
Local transportation
Pisa is a rather small town, and you can easily reach most places on foot! Alternatively, you can use public transportation. For more information, visit: https://www.at-bus.it/it

It is possible to reach Pisa central station from the airposrt using PISA MOVER.
From the station you can use line 13, LAM Rossa or LAM Green to reach the meeting center.
